They have agreed adhere to our trading terms and conditions and as such, all products purchased through authorised outlets are covered by our extensive service back up and three year parts and labour warranty.

On line sales by means of a ‘shopping cart’ are strictly prohibited by our 2010 Terms & Conditions. To ensure that the full performance potential of our products is realised and to guarantee long-term customer satisfaction, the following products should be installed by a qualified dealer/installer:

Some of our products are, unfortunately sometimes sold by companies not authorised to do so, usually as a result of transhipping. Transhipping is the transfer of goods from an authorised dealer to an unauthorised dealer and is strictly prohibited by Redline.

Any dealer not listed in this section is not authorised to sell our products. Purchases made from non-authorised dealers are not entitled to warranty or service back up.
